Moving into our 322,900 sq ft (30,000 m²) facility in 2022 allowed us to integrate prepress, Heidelberg offset printing, molded-pulp eco-packaging, rigid gift-box assembly, corrugated POP display fabrication, and publication binding into a single continuous production flow.
Before mass production begins, our structural engineers create 3D dielines, molded-pulp tooling models, and physical white or printed mockups on digital sample tables and proofing presses for customer sign-off.
Our press hall operates advanced multi-color Heidelberg sheet-fed offset printing presses equipped with automated closed-loop spectrophotometric color control, inline aqueous/UV coating, and high-pile delivery.
High-speed film laminators (matte, gloss, anti-scratch soft-touch), hot foil stamping and registered embossing platen presses, automatic window patchers, and precision flatbed die-cutters.
Automated rigid gift-box wrapping lines, eco-friendly bamboo and bagasse molded-pulp forming stations, litho-laminators for corrugated POP displays, and high-speed folder-gluers.
Incoming paperboard moisture and burst-strength testing, color densitometry, carton compression testing, final AQL inspection against your approved sample, and container loading with paper pallets.
