Terms governing the use of clarkesourcing.com and custom manufacturing, tooling, and packaging quotations issued by Clarke Sourcing, LLC.
1. Custom Manufacturing & Pre-Production Approval
All custom products, molds, retail displays, and packaging orders manufactured by Clarke Sourcing, LLC and GEP Group are produced to the customer's written specifications, tolerances, and approved pre-production samples.
2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The Clarke Sourcing and GEP names, logos, photography, and website content are the property of Clarke Sourcing, LLC and GEP Group. Customer brand marks shown on sample packaging photography remain the property of their respective trademark owners and are displayed solely to illustrate manufacturing capabilities.
3. Governing Law & U.S. Headquarters
