Q01
What does Clarke Sourcing & GEP manufacture directly?
We provide turnkey product development from concept design to mass production, custom eco-friendly packaging (molded bamboo and bagasse pulp, FSC kraft boxes), rigid gift boxes, retail color cartons, point-of-purchase (POP) floor and counter displays, commercial publications and user manuals printed on Heidelberg offset presses, corrugated cartons, paper pallets, and precision steel, aluminum, blow, and rubber molds.
Q02
Where are your U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility located?
Our U.S. headquarters is located at the Roswell International Air Center in Roswell, New Mexico, where you can reach Mike Clarke and our team directly at +1 (575) 910-7000 by phone, text, or teleconference. Our state-of-the-art 322,900 sq ft (30,000 m²) printing and packaging facility is located in Shenzhen, China (GEP / GEPSS Group), where we moved into our expanded campus in 2022 with over 300 skilled employees.
Q03
How much can we save on steel, aluminum, blow, or rubber molds?
Because you work directly with our factory tooling teams without multi-layer broker markups, our customers routinely save thousands to tens of thousands of dollars on molds alone. Our engineers also recommend practical design adjustments during the production design stage that simplify mold construction and lower your per-unit cost so your product reaches profitability faster.
Q04
What quality and environmental certifications does your Shenzhen facility hold?
Our 322,900 sq ft (30,000 m²) Shenzhen printing and packaging facility is certified to both ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System). Every production run is built to your exact specifications, tolerances, and approved pre-production samples.
Q05
Which industries do you supply with custom packaging and retail displays?
We manufacture custom packaging, retail cards, rigid gift boxes, and POP displays for ten primary industries: electronics, telecommunications, home appliances, wine and spirits, cosmetics, clothing and apparel, gifts, toys, food and beverage, and logistics (including corrugated master cartons and ISPM-15 exempt paper pallets).
Q06
Can we visit your Shenzhen facility in person?
Yes. Our factories are always open for our friends and business partners to visit. We welcome clients to walk our Heidelberg press hall, inspect our molded-pulp and rigid-box converting lines, and meet with James Wan and our engineering team in Shenzhen.
Q07
What do I need to get a project or packaging quote started?
You can start at any stage: bring us an early concept sketch, a 3D CAD file, an existing retail box or dieline, or a physical sample you want to cost-reduce. Call +1 (575) 910-7000 or submit our online Request a Quote form with your target volume and timeline.
